NEW YEAR, NEW EVERYONE!



Good morning to you all, It has been a while, I know. I was so busy with my internship and working that I totally forgot. It is a new year and that means a new start for all of us. I know.. There comes that “new year, new me” bull shit. But hey, it is a great opportunity to start something new. Don’t we all want better grades, healthier lifestyle or that killer body. You aren’t getting it, if you aren’t working for it.

Since the beginning of this year I started to completely change my lifestyle. You know.. I have a big love for Italian food, like pasta’s and pizza’s. Those two are killing me. I came to the point that I couldn’t even wear my favorite clothes. And then, right that moment, I thought no way, not anymore!

For a little more than two weeks I am eating healthy and go to the gym at least 4 times a week for 2 full hours and I must say, I can feel my body changing. Not only is the healthy food and eating helping, what is really important, but the workouts as well. The combination of both is making me feel like a new person. Yes, the beginning is hard, you still want all those bad foods.. They only satisfy your for a few minutes and afterwards? You feel sorry.

This is to motivate you all and myself off course. 
Fitness and a healthy lifestyle is like marriage, you can't cheat on it and expect it to work.
We can do it!
